Up the Rupsha river and into the deep mangroves — every day laid out as a new experience.
📌 On reserved tours, either route can be chosen. On regular package tours, the trip runs on a pre-set route.
At 7:30 AM our guide will receive you at Khulna Jail Khana Ghat and take you aboard. The ship sails up the Pashur river toward Harbaria — the wide waters of the Rupsha-Pashur and the village scenery on both banks are lovely, and with luck you'll spot Gangetic and Irrawaddy dolphins playing in the water.
After morning snacks and lunch, disembark at the "Harbaria Eco-Tourism Centre." Walk in a line along the marked foot trail with armed guards front and back — past a freshwater pond and into the deep forest. After roughly a mile on the trail, return to the ship for afternoon tea.
As evening falls, the ship sets sail for the Sundarbans East Wildlife Sanctuary (Kotka or Kokilmoni). Sit out on deck under a sky full of stars and the river's silence, then sleep in the comfort of your AC cabin.
A misty dawn canal cruise in a local country boat — deer grazing along the banks, monkeys leaping through the branches, birds of every kind, and, with luck, even a glimpse of the Royal Bengal Tiger.
A roughly 2.5 km walk to Jamtola Sea Beach — where the Sundarbans meets the Bay of Bengal. Then on to Tiger Tila, passing herds of deer at close range along the way.
Through the reed forest to Kochikhali — known as the "tiger's dining table." Then by ship to Dimer Char beach (or Hiron Point and Dublar Char), for a close-up look at the lives of local fishermen.
A fragrant special BBQ dinner out on the open deck under the stars. After dinner the ship anchors in the Chandpai forest area for a night in the forest's silence.
After breakfast, visit Karamjal — Bangladesh's only saltwater crocodile breeding centre. See crocodiles, endangered turtle species, monkeys, spotted deer, and more.
The ship docks at Khulna Ghat around 4:30 PM. The three-day journey ends here, but the memories will last a long time.
15–17 meals in total across the 3-day trip — every one a varied, restaurant-quality menu.
Key ingredients: Chicken · Beef · Mutton · Duck · Quail · Grouper · Pomfret · Tiger prawns · Pangas fish · Local vegetables · Fresh fruits · Desserts, tea and coffee
Six meals a day including three snack breaks — tea and coffee available at all times.

A small reading corner aboard the ship lets you read up on the Sundarbans, Bangladesh's heritage, and folk culture between excursions. Board games and other fun activities are available for children too.
